Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and own it. There are no monthly fees. Annual renewal is $49/year to receive updates and keep your license active. No renewal? No problem — you keep what you have.
What software do I need?
Nothing. The system is a single HTML file. Open it in Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox. Works on Windows, Mac, iPad, or any modern device.
Are the prices right for my market?
The prices are a tested starting template. Every contractor's market is different — use them as your baseline and adjust from there. Most customers find them close to their market or slightly conservative.
What if I need to add a service type?
Submit a Custom Update Request for $99. Tell us what you need and we'll add it to your system file and send it back.
Does it cover industrial work?
No — and that's intentional. Industrial electrical requires a different estimating methodology. The system covers residential and light commercial, where flat rate pricing works correctly.
Can I share it with my techs?
Yes — your license covers use within your own company. Each purchase includes a license key tied to your company. Reselling or distributing to other contractors is not permitted.
What's the difference between the what's included?
